You are what you think.
If you think you are not good enough to speak in public, then you won’t be good enough to speak in public. If you think you are terrified to speak in public, then you will be terrified to speak in public.
Start with your mindset.
Some of our speech coach colleagues start with techniques: how to use your voice, your body, your words. We don’t agree. If your mindset is turned on full volume to negative thoughts, the best training in the world will not help long term in making you a better speaker.

We work towards creating a voluminous body shape and pliant muscles (including the brain muscle) through deep, conscious breathing and imagination.
