The Bear’s favorite storyteller in November: Almut Tiba-Ehlers
Almut first appeared at The Bear in April when she spontaneously told a story that engaged the audience with its number game, humor, and graceful honesty. It was as if we were having this delightful party, Cinderella appears out of nowhere, “wows” us all with a spectacular story and then disappears.
The next days, I wondered: Who was that? What’s her name? Alma? Almut? I searched the Internet looking for the storyteller who fits the shoe, to no avail.
Almut Tiba-Ehlers’ story: A young girl is faced with a difficult decision: if she says “yes” to her father’s request, she may regret it. Being one of 12 children, it is very likely an uninviting chore awaits her. And if she says “no”? You can hear her story here:
