UPCOMING: December 16th, 2016 at the Meeet Pavilion, Berlin
The Bear presents stories@ GIVE & TAKE
Prepare a five-minute story about GIVE & TAKE. Time, attention, forgiveness, advice. A helping hand, a precious gift, a love letter, a job. Donations of organs, blood, food. For money, for love, forever or on loan. Bring us stories of generosity & thankfulness. Tales of your good deeds and desperate needs.
Live music with Felix Komoll.
Felix loves to play at The Bear, so he is back again and we’re so happy. He is a master at mixing influences from East & West, classical, jazz, blues, improvisation. Felix is whipping up something new for the 16th – a song or a story, either way it will have his signature touching touch.
Dyane is a native of Philadelphia, a former award-winning choreographer/director – she now composes stories with words instead of movement. She is the business owner of Moving Speaker and founder of the non-profit The Bear organization.
Michael is non-native Berliner, who fell in love with the city and its stories. He turned passion into profession, and when he is not on stage at The Bear, he is making stones talk as he fascinates people about Berlin in his business Berlin Erkundungen.
Thinking about telling a story?
If you would like to tell a story and would like some help to sharpen it up, contact Dyane. The Bear has a team of professional writers and award-winning storytellers, who volunteer their time to assist people to create-improve-deliver compelling stories.
– The Bear is kindly powered by Meeet and Moving Speaker. –
